- Surface-mount point-of-load solution
The Infineon TDA21590 is an integrated power-stage IC that combines a synchronous buck gate driver with high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in a single PowerVFQFN package with 39 pins. As an integrated power stage, it drives the switching devices of a synchronous buck converter from a single module to save board space. It is designed for point-of-load DC-DC voltage regulation.
This integrated power stage is used in multiphase point-of-load Voltage Regulators that power CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, and memory. Integrating the driver and power MOSFETs reduces layout parasitics and board area in dense power designs. Typical applications include server, networking, and computing motherboards.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
