The FH82Q670 SRL01 is Intel's Q670 chipset, a Platform Controller Hub from the Intel 600 Series Desktop Chipsets family paired with Alder Lake processors. It connects to the CPU over a DMI 4.0 link with up to 8 lanes at 16 GT/s, and provides up to 24 PCI Express lanes in PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 revisions with x1, x2 and x4 configurations, up to 8 SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports and 14 USB ports. The FH82Q670 SRL01 is a business-class chipset with Intel v Pro platform eligibility, Standard Manageability, Boot Guard, Trusted Execution Technology, Platform Trust Technology and Stable IT Platform Program (SIPP) support. It carries a 6 W TDP in a 28 mm x 25 mm package and supports up to 4 displays, 2 DIMMs per channel, integrated MAC networking and Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 pairing.
The Q670 is the business and enterprise tier of Intel's 600 series desktop chipsets, distinguished from consumer variants primarily by its manageability and security feature set rather than raw connectivity. v Pro eligibility, Intel Standard Manageability, Boot Guard, Trusted Execution Technology and SIPP are what IT departments require to remotely provision, patch and audit fleets of desktops, and to keep a hardware platform stable across a multi-year deployment cycle. Its 24 PCIe lanes, 8 SATA ports and RAID support also make it common in industrial PCs, workstations, digital signage controllers and edge compute boxes that need many expansion devices. Typical buyers are commercial desktop and workstation OEMs, industrial PC and embedded board vendors, and systems integrators building managed corporate endpoints.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
