The Texas Instruments DP83848JSQ/NOPB is a single-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet physical-layer transceiver (PHY). It operates from a 3.3V supply, supports data rates up to 100 Mbps, and comes in a 40-pin WQFN surface-mount package rated for a 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range.
This Ethernet PHY is used to provide the physical-layer interface between a MAC controller and 10/100 network media in embedded and industrial designs. Hardware engineers integrate it into networked equipment, factory automation, and communication modules requiring wired Ethernet connectivity.
