The STMicroelectronics STM32L431RCT6 is a low-power 32-bit microcontroller based on an ARM Cortex-M4 core running at up to 80M Hz, with 256kB of on-chip flash memory and 64kB of RAM. It offers 52 I/O lines, 16 ADC channels, 11 PWM channels, three I2C and three SPI channels, four UART channels, and support for CAN, LIN, IrDA and USART interfaces, all from a 1.62V to 3.6V supply. The device is supplied in a 64-pin LQFP package with a 1.6mm height and is rated for -40°C to 85°C operation.
