The STMicroelectronics STM32F303VCT6 is a 32-bit ARM-core microcontroller from the STM32F3 series running at up to 72 MHz, with 256 kB of flash memory and 40 kB of RAM. It provides 87 programmable I/Os in a 100-pin LQFP package measuring 14.2 mm x 14.2 mm x 1.45 mm, and integrates four A/D converters across 39 ADC channels. Connectivity covers CAN, I2C, I2S, IrDA, LIN, SPI, UART, USART and USB, with three SPI channels, two I2C channels, two UARTs and one USB channel. The STM32F303VCT6 operates from a 2 V to 3.6 V supply over a -40 C to 85 C range, includes an internal oscillator, DMA, PWM, POR and a watchdog timer, and is RoHS compliant and lead free.
With four ADCs spanning 39 channels, this part is aimed at mixed-signal control applications: motor and inverter control, digital power conversion, three-phase drives, and sensor-rich data acquisition where multiple simultaneous analog samples must be taken in phase with a PWM cycle. The CAN and LIN interfaces point at industrial and vehicle-adjacent networks, while USB and I2S support connected instrumentation and audio designs. The 100-pin LQFP with 87 I/Os gives enough pin count for larger control boards while remaining hand-solderable and inspectable, which matters for low-to-mid-volume industrial products. Typical buyers are embedded firmware and motor-control engineers, industrial automation OEMs, and contract manufacturers building control boards.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
