The onsemi CAT24C64WI-GT3 is a 64kb serial EEPROM with an I2C interface, organized as 8kB of user memory across 8, 000 words. EEPROM is byte-alterable non-volatile memory that retains data without power and can be rewritten in place, which makes the CAT24C64WI-GT3 suitable for configuration and calibration storage. It operates from a wide 1.7V to 5.5V supply at up to 400k Hz, draws a nominal 2mA, and offers a 900ns access time. The device is supplied in an 8-pin SOIC package with gold contact plating on tape and reel, is lead free and RoHS compliant, and is rated from -40C to 85C.
