The Texas Instruments ISO7763FQDBQRQ1 is an automotive-qualified, six-channel reinforced digital isolator with robust EMC performance, configured with three channels transmitting in each direction. It operates from a supply of 2.25V to 5.5V on each side, so it can both isolate and translate between different logic voltage domains. The device is supplied in a compact 16-pin SSOP package measuring 4.9mm by 3.9mm by 1.75mm on tape and reel. It is in production and rated for -40°C to 125°C operation.
Reinforced digital isolators keep control-side electronics safely separated from high-voltage power circuitry while still passing the logic signals both sides need. The symmetric three-in, three-out channel arrangement suits bidirectional interfaces such as isolated serial links, CAN or UART bridges, and control-plus-feedback paths where signals travel in both directions.
