The Texas Instruments LM5109BQNGTTQ1 is an automotive 1 A high-side and low-side half-bridge gate driver with two non-inverting outputs. It is part of the LM5109B-Q1 series and is housed in an 8-pin, 4 mm x 4 mm WSON package with exposed pad on tape and reel. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen free, lead free, and rated for -40°C to 125°C.
The LM5109BQNGTTQ1 is used to drive high-side and low-side MOSFETs in half-bridge and synchronous power stages.
