The Texas Instruments TPS74501PQWDRVRQ1 is an automotive-qualified 500-mA low-dropout (LDO) linear Voltage Regulator with an integrated power-good output. As an LDO, it regulates a stable output from a supply only slightly above the target voltage while attenuating input noise. It ships in a compact 2 mm x 2 mm 6-pin WSON package.
This LDO is used to generate clean, well-regulated supply rails in automotive electronics such as ADAS modules, infotainment, instrument clusters, and body control units. Its high PSRR and low quiescent current suit noise-sensitive analog, RF, and sensor rails as well as always-on standby domains. The power-good flag lets a host processor sequence and monitor the rail during power-up.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
