The LMH2110TMX/NOPB is a Texas Instruments logarithmic RMS RF power detector supplied in a 6-pin DSBGA wafer-level package. A logarithmic RMS detector produces a DC output proportional to the logarithm of the true RMS input power, so it reports power in dB directly and stays accurate regardless of the modulation or crest factor of the signal being measured. The device is characterised at 50 MHz and operates from -40C to +85C. Texas Instruments lists it as active, lead-free and RoHS compliant, with copper, silver and tin contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
RMS power detectors close the transmit power control loop in radio hardware: measuring power amplifier output so the transmitter holds its target level across temperature, supply and antenna mismatch. They are used in cellular and small-cell base stations, mobile and portable radios, wireless infrastructure and repeaters, and in RF test and measurement instruments. Because the output is dB-linear, the control loop arithmetic stays simple and the dynamic range is covered without gain ranging. The very small DSBGA footprint lets the detector sit directly at the coupler in a space-constrained RF front end. RF systems and hardware engineers are the primary buyers; confirm the full frequency and dynamic-range specification against the Texas Instruments datasheet, as this record lists a single frequency attribute.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
