The Texas Instruments TMP421AIDCNR is a digital temperature sensor with a 2-wire I2C/SMBus interface. It covers a -40C to 125C operating range from a supply as low as 2.7V. The TMP421AIDCNR is supplied in an 8-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package.
This sensor is used for board and system temperature monitoring in computers, networking gear, and industrial equipment that communicate over I2C or SMBus.
