The Texas Instruments TS3A5018PWR is a 3.3V, 4-channel 2:1 (SPDT) general-purpose analog switch in a 16-pin TSSOP package. It operates from 1.65V to 3.6V with a low 10-ohm on-resistance, draws only about 2.5uA supply current, and switches in under 10ns. The device is active and RoHS-compliant, rated to 85C.
