The Texas Instruments CDCE6214TWRGERQ1 is an ultra-low power clock generator with an integrated PLL that produces four differential outputs at frequencies up to 350M Hz over an LVDS interface. It operates from a supply of 1.71V to 3.465V, supporting both 1.8V and 3.3V rails, and is qualified to a 105°C maximum operating temperature with a 125°C maximum junction temperature. The device is supplied in a 24-pin VQFN package measuring 4mm by 4mm with a 1mm height. It is currently in production at the manufacturer.
