The Analog Devices AD7323BRUZ-REEL7 is a 4-channel successive-approximation ADC with a 500ksps sampling rate and an SPI interface, supplied in a 16-pin TSSOP on tape and reel. It accepts both bipolar and unipolar input polarities from a dual supply, dissipates 17mW maximum, and delivers 76dB signal-to-noise ratio with integral nonlinearity of 1.1LSB and differential nonlinearity of -0.9LSB. Analog Devices rates the AD7323BRUZ-REEL7 from -40C to 85C and lists it in Production status. Two record notes: the product name states 13-bit while the Number of Bits attribute reads 12, and the Lead Free attribute reads Contains Lead even though RoHS reads Compliant.
A software-selectable bipolar/unipolar multi-channel SAR ADC of this class is used for industrial process measurement, where sensor and transmitter signals arrive as plus or minus 10V or 0V to 10V and must be digitized on a common bus. Typical applications include PLC and DCS analog input cards, instrumentation and data acquisition units, motor and drive monitoring, and automatic test equipment. The 500ksps rate with four channels supports per-channel throughput well above what most process loops need, leaving margin for oversampling and averaging. Buyers are industrial-automation, test-and-measurement and medical-instrumentation OEMs, plus purchasers sourcing a drop-in for an existing AD732x-family socket.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
