The ADS1015IRUGR from Texas Instruments is a 12-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter with four analog inputs and an I2C interface, supplied in a 10-pin X2QFN measuring 1.5 mm by 2 mm. It converts at up to 3.3 ksps from a 2 V to 5.5 V supply with 3.3 V nominal operation, dissipating 900 uW, and accepts bipolar inputs with 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity. The X2QFN outline makes it one of the smaller multi-channel converters available, at the cost of requiring a fine-pitch footprint. The device is specified over -40 C to 125 C.
