It operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply with a maximum power dissipation of 2.25 mW and an 80 µs settling time. The device is supplied in an 8-pin SOT-23 package on tape and reel, is RoHS compliant, and operates from -40°C to 105°C.
