The TLC2272ACPWR is a dual low-noise Operational Amplifier from Texas Instruments in an 8-pin TSSOP package. It provides a 2.18 MHz gain bandwidth product, a 3.6 V/us slew rate and 50 mA of output current per channel. Input offset voltage is 950 uV with a 60 pA input bias current, and common-mode rejection is 70 dB. The amplifier runs from a 4.4 V to 16 V single supply or +/-2.2 V to +/-8 V dual supplies, drawing 2.4 mA.
Dual general-purpose amplifiers of this class buffer sensors, condition signals ahead of an ADC, build active filters and drive moderate loads in industrial control, data acquisition, audio preamplification and instrumentation designs. The 60 pA input bias current suits higher-impedance sources than a bipolar-input part tolerates, while the 50 mA output current per channel is unusually high for a small-signal amplifier and allows it to drive cables and low-impedance loads directly. Industrial and instrumentation designers are the usual buyers. The 125 C maximum operating temperature supports industrial-grade placements.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
