The SN74AVC4T245PWR provides 4 non-inverting channels across 2 elements, operates from 1.2V to 3.6V on each supply, and delivers ±12mA output drive with a 2.9ns propagation delay and 80µA quiescent current. It is supplied in a 16-pin TSSOP measuring 5mm by 4.4mm with a 1.2mm height, rated for -40°C to 85°C, lead free and RoHS compliant, in tape and reel.
