The Texas Instruments SN74AVC4T774RSVR is a 4-bit dual-supply bus transceiver with configurable voltage-level shifting and tri-state outputs, in a 16-pin UQFN package. It supports supplies from 1.2V to 3.6V, enabling translation between different logic voltage domains, with a fast 2.4ns propagation delay. It operates from -40°C to 85°C.

This level-shifting transceiver translates 4-bit buses between different logic-voltage domains, such as interfacing a low-voltage SoC to higher-voltage peripherals. Its independent supplies and tri-state control make it common in mobile, industrial, and embedded designs that mix voltage rails on shared buses.
