The Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G14QDCKRQ1 is an automotive-qualified single inverter with a Schmitt-trigger input, supplied in a 5-pin SC-70 package. The Schmitt-trigger input adds hysteresis, so slow or noisy signals are converted into clean, fast logic edges. It drives 32 mA at both output levels with a 6 ns propagation delay and 10 uA quiescent current, and is specified from -40C to 125C. The part is lead-free, RoHS compliant and supplied in tape and reel.
