The Texas Instruments TXS0108EQPWRQ1 is an 8-bit bidirectional level-shifting voltage translator in a 20-pin TSSOP package. It translates logic between supply rails from 1.4V to 5.5V at data rates up to 110Mbps and supports bidirectional channel operation. The automotive-grade device operates over -40°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant and lead free.
The TXS0108EQPWRQ1 interfaces 8-bit buses between logic operating at different voltages, such as connecting a low-voltage SoC to higher-voltage peripherals.
