The Texas Instruments UCC20225AQNPLRQ1 is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with a single input, packaged in an LGA for automotive 48 V systems. It provides two driver outputs with 6 A output current, 19 ns propagation delay, and 6 ns rise and 7 ns fall times. The device supports supply voltages from 3 V to 25 V and operates from -40°C to 125°C.
The UCC20225AQNPLRQ1 is used to drive power MOSFETs in half-bridge and synchronous power stages within automotive 48 V systems. Typical uses include 48 V DC/DC converters and power conversion stages in mild-hybrid and electrified vehicle architectures. Automotive power electronics engineers use it where isolated, fast gate drive is required.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
