The Texas Instruments REF3025AIDBZR is a fixed 2.5 V series voltage reference with +/-0.2% initial accuracy and a 50 ppm/C temperature coefficient. It draws only about 42 uA of quiescent current and can source up to 25 mA. It is supplied in a 3-pin SOT-23 package.

This voltage reference is used to provide a precise, stable 2.5 V for ADCs, DACs, and measurement front ends in industrial, medical, and instrumentation systems. Its low quiescent current suits battery-powered and portable designs, while the tight accuracy and low tempco support accurate conversions over temperature. The SOT-23 package fits compact, low-power boards.
