The Texas Instruments REF200AU/2K5 provides two precision 100µA current sources/sinks with 0.25% accuracy in an 8-pin SOIC package. It operates over a wide 2.5V to 40V supply range and is rated for a -25°C to 85°C temperature range. The device delivers stable reference currents for analog signal-conditioning circuits.
The REF200AU/2K5 is used to bias analog circuits, set precise currents for sensors and RTDs, and generate reference currents in instrumentation and data-acquisition systems. Its dual matched sources simplify differential and ratiometric measurement designs. Analog and instrumentation designers use it wherever accurate, temperature-stable currents are needed.
