The Texas Instruments TPS74801DRCR is a 1.5 A adjustable ultra-low-dropout (LDO) linear Voltage Regulator with a low input-voltage capability down to 0.8 V, in a 10-pin VSON package. It features a 60 mV typical dropout, an adjustable output up to 3.6 V, and integrated power-good and enable functions. The TPS74801DRCR is rated to a 125 C maximum operating temperature.
The TPS74801DRCR is used to generate clean, low-noise supply rails for FPGAs, processors, and analog circuits from low-voltage sources. Its ultra-low dropout and low-VIN capability make it ideal for point-of-load post-regulation of already-low buses. Power-good and enable pins support sequenced power-up in complex systems.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
