The Texas Instruments TPS74401RGWR is a 3A adjustable ultra-low-dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator in a 20-pin VQFN package. It operates from a low 0.8V minimum input voltage up to 5.5V, delivering an adjustable output from 0.8V to 3.6V with a low 115mV dropout and 1% accuracy. The low-noise, high-PSRR device operates from -40°C to 125°C.

The TPS74401RGWR is used to generate clean, accurate supply rails for noise-sensitive loads such as FPGAs, processors, and RF and analog circuitry. Its low dropout and low-input-voltage capability suit point-of-load regulation from low-voltage buses in communications, industrial, and test equipment.
