This device operates within an input voltage range of 3.6V to 20V and supports adjustable output voltages as low as 600mV. Its compact BGA packaging makes it suitable for surface mount applications, while features like overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and overvoltage protection (OVP) ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
