The Texas Instruments TPS54320RHLR is a current-mode synchronous step-down (buck) switching regulator rated for 3A output in a 14-pin VQFN package. It accepts a 4.5V to 17V input and produces an adjustable output from 0.8V up to 15V, switching at 1.2M Hz. Integrated synchronous rectification improves efficiency in a compact solution.

This buck regulator is used to generate point-of-load supply rails from a higher input voltage in embedded and industrial power designs.
