  • Synchronous step-down (buck) converter
  • 4V to 17V input voltage range
  • Adjustable 0.9V to 5V output, up to 3A
  • 2.5M Hz switching frequency
  • Low 19µA nominal quiescent current
  • 16-pin VQFN, -40°C to 85°C operating range

The Texas Instruments TLV62130RGTR is a synchronous step-down (buck) DC-DC converter in a 16-pin VQFN package. It accepts a 4V to 17V input and provides an adjustable 0.9V to 5V output at up to 3A, switching at 2.5M Hz with a low 19µA quiescent current.

The TLV62130RGTR is used to efficiently step down higher input rails to lower system voltages at up to 3A. Its wide input range and high switching frequency make it well suited for point-of-load regulation in industrial, communications, and consumer boards designed by power engineers.

Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
