The onsemi BAV99 is a dual ultra-fast-recovery silicon rectifier diode in a 3-pin SOT-23 package. It is rated for 70V reverse voltage and 200mA average rectified current, with a fast 4ns reverse-recovery time and a 1.25V forward voltage.
Dual ultra-fast switching diodes like the BAV99 handle signal switching, clamping, and rectification in high-speed and low-power circuits. Packaging two diodes in a single SOT-23 conserves board area. The part is widely used in consumer electronics, computing, and industrial control boards.
