The Vishay US1K-E3/61T is a single-element fast-recovery rectifier diode rated for 1 A average forward current and an 800 V maximum repetitive reverse voltage. It features a 75 ns reverse recovery time, a 1.7 V forward voltage, and a 30 A non-repetitive surge current rating. The device is supplied in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and operates over a -55 to 150 degrees C temperature range.

The US1K-E3/61T is used for fast-recovery rectification and freewheeling in switch-mode power supplies, snubber circuits, and high-frequency converters where quick recovery reduces switching losses.
