The Allegro Micro Systems ACS725LLCTR-30AB-T is a single-channel Hall effect current sensor for AC and DC measurement, rated for 30 A bidirectional sensing with 44 mV/A sensitivity in an 8-pin SOIC package on tape and reel. It operates from a 3 V to 3.6 V supply drawing up to 14 mA, and delivers 0.7 percent accuracy, 1.5 percent linearity, 120 k Hz bandwidth, and a 4 us response time. The internal conduction path has 1.2 m Ohm coil resistance to minimize insertion loss. ACS725LLCTR-30AB-T is rated for -40 C to 150 C operation and is RoHS compliant.
The ACS725LLCTR-30AB-T is used for in-line current measurement in motor control, inverter and DC-DC converter feedback loops, battery charge and discharge monitoring, and overcurrent fault detection. Its 120 k Hz bandwidth and 4 us response time support fast cycle-by-cycle protection, while bidirectional sensing tracks current in both directions through the load. Typical users are automotive, industrial drive, and power supply engineers who need an integrated 3.3 V sensor with low insertion resistance and a 150 C temperature rating.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
