The Diodes Inc. BSP75NTA is a self-protected low-side IntelliFET MOSFET switch in a SOT-223 package, rated for a 60V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and a low 0.5 ohm on-resistance. It integrates over-temperature and over-voltage fault protection with a simple on/off interface for driving loads. The BSP75NTA is RoHS compliant and lead free.
The BSP75NTA is used for protected low-side load switching of relays, solenoids, lamps and other inductive or resistive loads in automotive and industrial control systems.
