The Monolithic Power Systems MPQ8633AGLE-Z is an automotive-grade synchronous step-down (buck) switching Voltage Regulator that delivers up to 12A of continuous output current. Operating from a 4V to 16V input (12V nominal), the MPQ8633AGLE-Z regulates output voltages from 600mV up to 5.5V at switching frequencies up to 1.15M Hz in a compact 21-terminal QCC21 package.

The MPQ8633AGLE-Z is used as a point-of-load (POL) regulator that steps a 12V rail down to lower core, memory, and I/O voltages close to the load. Its automotive temperature grade and high switching frequency make it well suited to space-constrained automotive electronics, ADAS modules, infotainment, and industrial control boards where a compact, high-current buck converter is required.

Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
