The Monolithic Power Systems MP2147GD-Z is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down (buck) switcher using constant-on-time control. It accepts an input from 2.8V to 5.5V, delivers up to 4A of output current with an adjustable output from 600mV to 5.5V, and switches at 1.2M Hz while drawing just 40uA quiescent current. The device is supplied in a 12-pin QFN surface-mount package and is RoHS compliant.

The MP2147GD-Z is used to generate efficient point-of-load rails in battery-powered and space-constrained systems where low quiescent current extends run time. Hardware engineers deploy it in portable electronics, IoT devices, and compact boards needing up to 4A of adjustable buck regulation. Its high switching frequency and small QFN package enable compact designs with small external components.

Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
