The Renesas ISL28022FUZ-T is a precision digital power monitor from the ISL28022 series, supplied in an MSOP package. A digital power monitor measures the voltage on a supply rail together with the current through a series shunt resistor and reports the results digitally to a host controller, so the system gets calibrated power telemetry without any analog signal conditioning of its own. The ISL28022FUZ-T is a surface-mount part rated from -40°C to 125°C, and it ships on tape and reel in quantities of 2500.
