The STMicroelectronics VN7004CLHTR is a single-channel high-side driver with Current Sense analog feedback for automotive applications. It drives loads with up to 80A maximum output current from a nominal 13V input and operates from -40°C to 150°C. This RoHS-compliant device is supplied on tape & reel.
This intelligent high-side driver is used to switch and protect resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in automotive electrical systems, with integrated current sensing for diagnostics. Automotive engineers deploy it in body control modules and load-management circuits requiring analog current feedback.
