The STMicroelectronics L6384ED013TR is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver with two outputs for driving high- and low-side power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It handles up to 600V, sources up to 650mA of output current, and operates up to 400k Hz, in an 8-pin SO package. This RoHS-compliant device features a 300ns propagation delay and operates from -45°C to 125°C.

This half-bridge gate driver is used to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs in motor control, lighting ballasts, switch-mode power supplies, and inverters. Power-electronics engineers select it for half-bridge topologies requiring high-voltage isolation and fast switching.
