The STMicroelectronics L6208PD is a dual full-bridge DMOS stepper motor driver from the L6208 Series, integrating control logic for bipolar stepper motors. It supports supply voltages up to 52V and delivers output current with a parallel interface, in a 36-pin surface-mount package. This RoHS-compliant device operates from -40°C to 150°C with switching up to 100k Hz.
This DMOS stepper motor driver is used to control bipolar stepper motors in industrial automation, printers, robotics, and factory equipment. Motion-control and hardware engineers integrate it where an integrated dual full-bridge with parallel control is needed.
