The Micron MT29F4G08ABAFAWP-IT:F is a 4 Gbit SLC (single-level cell) NAND flash memory with an 8-bit parallel interface in a 48-pin TSOP package. It provides 512 MB of storage with a 25 ns access time from Micron's MT29F family. SLC NAND stores one bit per cell for higher endurance and reliability.
