The Analog Devices LTM4700EY#PBF is a dual-output step-down (buck) DC-DC u Module regulator delivering 50A per output (100A combined) with an output range of 0.5V to 1.8V. It accepts a 4.5V to 16V input and is supplied in a 330-pin BGA package rated to a 125C maximum junction temperature. The device is in production and RoHS-compliant.
