The Texas Instruments TPS25990ARQPR is a 60A e Fuse with an integrated 0.79-milliohm hot-swap FET and digital telemetry, operating from a 2.9V to 16V input. It is supplied in a 26-pin VQFN-HR package and rated for -40C to +125C operation. It provides intelligent circuit protection and power path management.
This e Fuse is used for hot-swap control and circuit protection in servers, datacenter power distribution, PCIe cards, and high-current 12V rails. Its digital telemetry lets system firmware monitor current and voltage in real time for inrush control, overcurrent protection, and power-path health reporting.
