Winbond's W9825G6KB-6I is a 256 Mbit (32 MB) single-data-rate synchronous DRAM in a 54-ball TFBGA package. SDR SDRAM transfers one data word per clock edge, with every command and data phase synchronised to an external clock and the array kept valid by periodic refresh. The device runs from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply and is supplied in tray packaging.

SDR SDRAM at this density remains the working memory of choice for cost- and longevity-driven embedded designs: industrial controllers and HMI panels, networking and set-top hardware, printers and office equipment, medical instruments and automotive modules.
