The Western Digital SDINBDG4-16G-ZAT is a 16GB automotive-grade e.MMC 5.1 managed NAND device in a 153-pin FBGA package. It operates from 2.7V to 3.6V at up to 200M Hz, supports transfer speeds up to 300MB/s with write speeds up to 55MB/s, and is rated for a -40C to 105C automotive temperature range.

Automotive-grade e.MMC such as the SDINBDG4-16G-ZAT provides embedded managed-NAND storage qualified for the wide temperature and reliability requirements of vehicle electronics. It is used for boot code, operating systems, maps and data logging in automotive infotainment, telematics, instrument clusters and ADAS modules, as well as in industrial systems needing extended-temperature storage.
