It carries a 12 W TDP in a BGA1264 package measuring 35 mm x 24 mm, includes 24 graphics execution units, and supports up to 32 GB across a single memory channel with DDR4 at 3200 MHz, DDR5 at 4800 MHz, or LPDDR5 at 4800 MHz. The SRMLN part provides PCI Express 3.0 with nine lanes and launched in Q1 2023.
