The Solidigm SSDPF2KE016T11Z is a 1.6TB D7-P5620 Series NVMe solid state drive in a U.2 15mm form factor with a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. It uses 144-Layer 3D TLC NAND and is rated for 8.7PBW of endurance with a 2 Million Hours MTBF. The drive delivers 5300MB/s sequential read and 1900MB/s sequential write, with 700K IOPS random read and 200K IOPS random write. Power draw is 13W active and 5W idle across a 0°C to 70°C operating range.

The D7-P5620 Series is built for mixed-use data center workloads that combine sustained reads with heavy write activity.
