The DLPA004-7-58 from Diodes Inc. is a unidirectional ESD suppressor diode array rated at 85V, housed in a 6-pin SOT-363 package. It is supplied on tape and reel for automated pick-and-place assembly. The multi-channel array format allows several signal lines to be protected from electrostatic discharge events using a single component.
This TVS diode array is used to protect sensitive integrated circuits and interface lines from electrostatic discharge transients. Devices in this class are commonly placed on data ports, connector inputs, and other externally exposed signal lines on consumer, computing, and industrial boards. Design engineers and EMS providers select compact SOT-363 arrays where several lines require protection but board area is constrained.
