The Sony IMX307LQD-C is a CMOS solid-state colour image sensor with 1945 x 1097 effective pixels, a 2 MP resolution on a 1/2.8-inch optical format, and a 2.9 um pixel size. It captures at up to 60 fps in a 16:9 aspect ratio and supports a variable-speed shutter. Pixel data leaves the device over a sub-LVDS serial or MIPI CSI-2 interface clocked to a maximum of 74.25 MHz, and the sensor operates from supply rails between 1.2 V and 2.9 V. The IMX307LQD-C is supplied in a 112-pin BGA surface-mount package.
