The STM32H563IIT6 is an STMicroelectronics STM32H series 32-bit microcontroller built on an Arm Cortex-M33 core running at up to 250 MHz. The STM32H563IIT6 carries 2 MB of flash and 640 kB of RAM, and is supplied in a 176-pin LQFP package. The Cortex-M33 core includes Arm Trust Zone hardware security extensions, which partition the device into secure and non-secure execution states.
A 250 MHz Cortex-M33 with 2 MB of flash and 640 kB of RAM sits at the top of the microcontroller range, handling workloads that would otherwise need an application processor: graphical touch interfaces, motor control with communications stacks, edge signal processing and multi-protocol connectivity. The Trust Zone support in the STM32H563IIT6 is increasingly required by security regulation for connected products, allowing secure boot and key storage isolated from application code. The 176-pin package indicates a design needing many simultaneous interfaces. Industrial automation, medical device, building control and connected appliance developers are typical users.
Fusion’s in-house quality hubs and Prosemi testing facility are fully certified to meet critical industry standards for electronic component inspection and testing.
